Availability and Booking 2012
Bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive after 2.30pm and to leave before 10.30am on the days of arrival and departure.

We apologise, but due to a small number of inconsiderate guests, we have to charge an additional, refundable deposit of £40 which will be returned provided the accommodation is left in an acceptable condiditon.
15% of the price of your stay will be required to reserve the dates for you. The rest of the price is due no less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Failure to forward the payment in full by this day will result in possible forfeit of the deposit and loss of dates. If you would like to book less than 4 weeks before your holiday is due to start, full payment will be required in advance.
